Medaxion 9.5.2 Released. This patch release includes fix for chart sluggishness on long cases, issues

when using certain separate 3rd party authentication apps, SSO required login option, and other bug

fixes and performance improvements.

Quick Reports. At the end of September, we will launch a package of ~40 tabular reports within a new

"Quick Reports" category on the web Reports tab. These provide quick access to data across a wide

range of frequently requested topics. Reports will be organized under three sub-categories: Volume &

Activity, Operational, Clinical. These will be applied to Practice and Clerical web user roles.

Pediatric Case Flag. Locations can now be configured with a pediatric age range, causing a "P"

indicator to appear next to the patient name across web Today tab views.

Medaxion 9.6 in Development. This release will include the following device capabilities: case board

pediatric patient flag, medication-allergy images, 1-minute vitals/ 3-minute monitors chart option, ICD-

CPT live updates, and Exit OR event auto stop of vitals and monitors. We anticipate release in Q4 2026.

Important: Medaxion 9.6 will require minimum iOS/ iPadOS version 17.0.

TECHNICAL-PERFORMANCE

Case Archive. Significant load time reductions have been applied to the web Archive tab views.

API Anesthesia Group Filter. The FindCase API endpoint now supports filtering cases by Anesthesia

Group, making it easier to retrieve cases by provider group.

RCM Provider Data. Cache refresh frequency has been adjusted so that provider data updates more

promptly.
